We are looking for a talented Front-End Engineer with a background in Angular to join the technical team of our US-based client for building an automated platform that scans millions of web pages every day to perform deep analysis and validation of the world’s highest traffic websites.

They have empowered many of the world’s most recognizable brands, including Apple, Ford, Booking.com, Adidas, Adobe, and more to trust their data, comply with privacy regulations and create better user experience for their customers.

Position Overview:

In this role, you will be working closely with your teammates, Product team and Front-End architect on designing, developing and maintaining various features.
You will participate in the Operational Excellence initiative where teams are monitoring their services and adjust them as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct software analysis, testing and debugging, as well as recognize and solve production and non-production application issues.

Experience / Skills required:

• 4+ years of experience with Angular and Typescript
• Understanding REST and client/server communication principles
• Web platform knowledge: HTTP, the browser DOM, storage, cookies, and the Chrome network inspector
• Strong knowledge of tools: NPM, Webpack, Angular CLI, RxJs
• Hands-on with Web Markup: HTML5, CSS3, Preprocessors (SASS, LESS etc), Flexbox
• Substantial experience in writing unit tests: Karma/Jasmine
• Desire to work in scrum, and open to process changes as we learn and grow together
• Upper-Intermediate English and better

Good to have:

• Experience with Angular hybrid applications
• Angular Material

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust features using Angular 17
• Suggest enhancements to UI/UX, bringing innovative ideas to the table
• Contribute to the ongoing migration of our AngularJS codebase to Angular 17 (currently 90% complete).
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests using Karma/Jasmine.
• Participate in the Operational Excellence initiative, monitoring and optimizing services.
• Collaborate closely with Backend and QA teams for seamless product delivery.
