At the moment, we’re in search of a Backend Developer (Python) for an exciting project. It’s a Health Tech start up working to democratize detection of biomarkers and risk factors by leveraging data collected from smartphone sensors and machine learning.

What you have to deal with

• Lead the design and integrations of Python backend;
• Bring and reinforce the best practices for code quality, software testing;
• Deploy applications on cloud providers (GCP) with CI/CD;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Python software development;
• Proficiency in Backend development (Python, FastAPI);
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile;
• Experience in development with strong focus on automated CI/CD;
• At least upper-intermediate level of English;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Will be a plus

• Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, banking);
• Proficiency in Firebase, GCP, Identity Platform;
• Knowledge of mobile frameworks and technologies.
