We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the Benelux region.

As the Business Development Manager for the Benelux region, your role will be vital in driving our growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and growing existing accounts: Build strong relationships and provide exceptional support to our key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Developing new business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with merchants, marketing agencies, affiliate networks, and other stakeholders in the e-commerce industry.
  • Being a Shoparize brand ambassador: Represent Shoparize at industry events and cultivate positive relationships within the e-commerce community.
  • Continuous self-development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, acquire relevant certifications, and become a knowledgeable e-commerce consultant.
  • Collaborate with merchants, agencies, affiliate networks, internal teams, to improve revenue, performance, and overall satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the e-commerce industry (minimum 2 years).
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to effectively manage key accounts.
  • Fluent/Native-level Dutch speaker.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding the e-commerce landscape.
  • Goal-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with Google Shopping and the Partner CSS program is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to obtain certifications and complete relevant courses to enhance your expertise.

  4. Interview with a co-founder (~30 min).
