We are looking for a talented HR Specialist to join our amazing team.
As an integral part of our company, as an HR Specialist, you will build close relationships with our teams of developers and international clients, ensuring that the collaboration goes smoothly, and the team is equipped for productive and happy engagement.

What you’ll do in this role

• Organizing and handling all the HR-related processes for the team, like team onboarding, feedback sessions, helping with building development plans, supporting team building opportunities, and initiating team development.
• Facilitate healthy ecological interaction in the teams for good daily cooperation.
• You’ll also collaborate closely with recruiters and other HRs in adding the best possible developers to your teams, along with best practices, and giving/receiving support.

We’re looking for

• 1+ years of experience working in HR, specifically in the IT field.
• Result-oriented, self-organized, and responsible person.
• Change management skills will be an advantage.
• Understanding of the IT market in Ukraine as well as in other locations, especially in Bulgaria and Poland, including knowledge of major players, prevailing salary ranges, and market trends.
• Understanding of teams’ development processes and opportunities and how to use them effectively for the entire team as well as for individuals.
• Ability to view situations from multiple angles, considering the viewpoints of both clients and developers, ability to match them as well as to see the opportunities and blockers for the team development, to be an advisor and driver of changes for better collaboration.
• Strong communication skills, good negotiation, and problem-solving skills, ability to moderate and facilitate group meetings will be a big plus.
• Interest in continuous improvement and willingness to provide/experiment with new, better work approaches.
• True team player, supporter.
• Proactiveness and good decision-making skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.
