Our client is a leading global service provider for real estate investors and occupiers. We are launching a new engagement to help redesign their core analytics platform. The project focuses on improving usability and performance through a modern technology stack, enhancing strategic decision-making in real estate space management.

If you are

• Experienced in front-end development with 5+ years of hands-on practice using React
• Skilled in Next.js and Material UI with 3+ years of track record
• Experienced in a leadership role with at least 1 year of leading a development team
• Versed in Node.js development and backend integration
• Accustomed to working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Effective in team collaboration within distributed and multicultural teams
• Capable of maintaining business communication with stakeholders in English
• Familiar with integrating third-party services such as Snowflake (will be a plus)
• Knowledgeable in working with map technologies or spatial data (nice to have)

And you want to

• Lead a development team of 4 engineers, manage task distribution, and ensure code quality
• Collaborate with customer management and distributed engineering teams across the US, EMEA, and India
• Maintain and enhance dashboards, data storage, and UI widgets
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code across both frontend and backend
• Split your technical responsibilities 50/50 between frontend and backend tasks
• Perform integrations with video mapping and virtual room functionalities
• Implement digital twin technologies into the platform
• Work in an Agile environment with a mindset for continuous improvement
