What you'll do:

• 50%/50% - running ads/managing team.
• Manage PPC specialists.
• Hiring new PPC specialists.
• Develop and set KPIs, plans, and tactics.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize results (ROI), ensuring budgets are on pace and KPIs are being met.
• Work closely with the aff, fin, and dev teams.
• Participation in infrastructure improvement.
• Research new ideas/hypotheses, test them, and scale.
• Mentoring and development of team members, and assistance in their professional growth.

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads (search, gdn, uac).
• Experience with Tier 1-2 GEOs.
• Strong experience with analytics and tracking tools (keitaro, binom), cloaking tools.
• 2+ years experience in team management (5+ people).
• Experience with iGaming.
