Currently, we are looking for a a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager to join the Talent Management Office. The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the success of our internal products, current and new ones, from ideation to launch and beyond.
This role demands a combination of product ownership, management expertise, and, crucially, strong sales skills. Sales acumen is essential, as we’ll be navigating the process of introducing one of our internal products to the market for the first time, making it key to driving the product’s success in a competitive landscape.
The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users and align with the company’s strategic objectives.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and industry trends .
• Collaborate with PO on a product roadmap creating and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prioritize features and tasks based on business priorities and user needs.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
• Monitor product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product differentiation in the IT space.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling product messaging and materials, and conduct demo of the product in sales calls.
• Prepare and conduct product demos for customers and stakeholders, showcasing our IT solutions and their benefits effectively.

What you need for this

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with IT background.
• Proven track record of successful sales interactions, including experience in product selling and customer engagement.
• Understanding of Talent Management processes.
• English level: advanced or higher.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office suite is a must.
• Ability to set definite goals and focus on the results.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and engage diverse audiences.
• Organizational Skills .
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, making informed decisions based on insights. Using analytics tools to track product usage, analyze user behavior, and derive actionable insights. Experience with A/B testing to evaluate feature effectiveness.
• Master in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
