You will become part of a dynamic team of professionals who are deeply passionate about our product. Our team includes a Lead UI/UX Designer, a UI/UX Designer, a Video Designer, and a Product Content Team Lead, each playing a pivotal role in driving our success.

Your future challenges

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Growth team to rapidly test hypotheses and run experiments aimed at improving the performance of our core website pages – from the homepage and product landing pages to key conversion points. Your mission will be to drive measurable impact while ensuring that all updates stay within the boundaries of our design system.
The challenge lies in acting fast and boldly – prototyping quickly, iterating often, and making decisions based on data – yet doing so with precision and care. You’ll need to be comfortable experimenting with new ideas while maintaining visual consistency, brand integrity, and a seamless user experience.

The impact you will make

The goal for this year is to improve the website’s UI/UX and increase its conversion rates.
The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to create seamless and visually engaging user experiences. The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design high-fidelity interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives. By ensuring the final product is both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, the UI/UX Designer contributes to a positive and intuitive user experience across platforms.

• Perform user research, interviews and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and preferences
• Develop wireframes and user flows to clearly convey interaction and design concepts
• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms
• Support and update the company website design system and product documentation to ensure consistency across all products and platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to ensure the design is feasible and aligns with product objectives and goals
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure design consistency and improve usability
• Coordinate and lead sprints, prioritize and oversee the content backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined, assigned, and completed within the sprint cycle
• Deliver regular reports on the design process performance, highlighting metrics, key achievements, and areas for improvement

Skills we are looking for

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
• Higher education (related field)
• English – Intermediate and above
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better collaboration with developers
• Experience with design systems
• Project management skills to handle multiple design tasks efficiently

Our SaaS solution already lets our clients from the UK, Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan develop their business. We continue to attract new users around the world actively. Our solution includes web and mobile applications supported by a powerful backend and an intuitive interface. We pay special attention to UI/UX design for the best user experience. In addition, our project structure includes departments responsible for business operations and marketing, which allows us to respond to market needs and provide quality service quickly.

Impact you will make

• Gather, analyze, and document user and business requirements
• Perform prioritization based on business objectives and user value
• Monitor market trends and actions of competitors for product adaptation
• Interact with users: work with focus groups, perform surveys, and usability testing
• Maintain and update the roadmap & backlog of the product line
• Develop and implement the product requirements, maintain management standards, handle initiatives and development tasks
• Implement product analytics and manage analytical tools
• Provide the development team with clear and actionable requirements
• Cooperate with QA specialists to ensure product quality
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile process activities
• Work in close contact with the Lead Product Owner to ensure strategic alignment and synergy of product lines

• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user manuals, guides, and demos

Skills we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner
• Deep understanding of the product development cycle and principles of mobile development
• Skills in research, analysis, and prioritization of user needs
• Expertise in competitive analysis and market analysis
• Experience in user research (CustDev), direct communication with product users

Additional skills we would appreciate

• Understanding of the basic data workflows (SQL, basic principles of working with databases)
