Обов'язки:

• Choice of technologies, project estimation in the context of certain technologies;
• Quality control of performed work (code review, tests);
• Consultations, training and mentoring;
• Decomposition of complex parts of the project and their development;
• Research of new technologies/complex components;
• Participation in internal processes improvement.

Що необхiдно мати:

• Understanding of CI/CD (principles, instruments).
• Understanding of ES6/ES7 standards;
• Understanding and usage REST, SOA concepts;
• Fluent knowledge of git and platforms;
• Knowledge of native iOS/Android, including bridging between React Native to native;
• Experience with state management using Redux/Flux/MobX;
• Experience making interactive and performant mobile UIs with React Native;
• Professional experience with React Native (2+ years);
• 2+ years of experience with development of mobile/web application;
• Understanding OOP, design patterns.

Обов'язки:

• Priorities management for the project based on communication with all involved Stakeholders.
• Product backlog management and other Agile (scrum) activities in the role of a PO;
• Defining the detailed customer requirements and their translation into software requirements;
• Writing of user stories and acceptance criteria and its improvement based on close cooperation with development and design teams;
• Stakeholders management to gather requirements, limitations, priorities, etc;
• Business and Competitors Analysis with the aim to find the best tech solution for a client’s needs.

Що необхiдно мати:

• Capability to read API documentation (swagger).
• Experience in drawing UML, Flow diagrams;
• Familiar with Jira & Confluence management tools;
• Experience gathering project requirements (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer, etc.);
• Capable to find a common language with developers and designers;
• Advanced soft skills including communication, problem-solving, analytical, systems thinking and functional decomposition skills, self-organization and attention to detail, time-management;
• Basic knowledge of technical and engineering fields;
• Master in Business Analysis theory and able to apply into practice;
• Proficient in written and spoken English (min Upper-Intermediate level);
• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst of more than 1 year in the tech industry.
