We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in building AI solutions for complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing recommendation algorithms, optimizing machine learning models, and handling large datasets.

‍Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, optimize, and test AI models and algorithms;
• Implement algorithms to match the best technical specialists based on various criteria;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI systems into the project;
• Analyze and interpret large data sets to derive insights and develop predictive models;
• Ensure the efficiency and scalability of AI solutions in production;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning and artificial intelligence trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks, ability to choose the right library and framework;
• At least 4 years of experience in Machine learning;
• Experience in building recommendation systems and algorithms;
• Experience with data processing, model training, and optimization;
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application;
• Database experience (SQL, NoSQL, Vector);
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and scaling;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Would be a plus:

• Experience with distributed systems;
• AWS & Azure Machine Learning.
