We are looking for a Business analyst for a large American HRM System. The project is currently only at the initial stage of documentation, so there is a lot of interesting work ahead.

Responsibilities:

• receiving functional requirements from the customer;
• understanding and analysis of the customer's business goals;
• creation/maintenance of technical documentation;
• work with analysis tools: schemes, diagrams, models, prototypes;
• collaborating with developers andother team to create a technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs;
• analysis of problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
• maintenance of project documentation in an up-to-date state.

Requirements:

• min. 2 years of work experience in IT;
• experience in conducting analysis to identify problem areas and preparing proposals for their improvement;
• requirements management (processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on existing requirements);
• experience in modeling processes using BPMN, IDEF or similar methods;
• ability to write specifications, use cases and user stories, prepare TOR;
• understanding of Agile methodology and experience with SCRUM;
• English C1.

Will be a plus:

• experience of participating in the creation of a HRM system.
