Requirements

• Experience in content creation 2+ years: copywriting (news, announcements, etc.), technical tasks for designers, search for newsworthy events, creation of memes, etc;
• Experience in SMM 1+ year;
• Football knowledge (knowledge of history, news, teams, players, championships, etc.);
• Speaking and writing Kazakh, Russian fluently;
• You're up-to-date with all trends, allowing you to hype 24/7;
• You can easily distinguish cringe from cool;
• Level 69 meme-archivist;
• Profound expertise in top-notch visuals;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design: composition, typography, colors;
• You know how to manage your time, focus, and prioritize based on business goals;
• You have moderate impostor syndrome, which helps you constantly analyze and improve your work.

Will be plus

• Experience in iGaming;
• English B2 for speaking and writing;
• Skill in Photoshop / Figma;
• Rap and breakdancing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
• Filling out calendar&trends, helping with local content and matches;
• Creating content in adherence to the SMM strategy;
• Creating tasks in Jira for Design for local and shared content, memes, news and reels;
• Creating copy for the posts and creating new gaming mechanics for approve;
• Ensuring high quality (relevance, expertise, company tone of voice, high-quality creative visuals) and timeliness;
• Collaborate closely with the team and other departments to create integrated and impactful cross-channel campaigns;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, including those specific to the gambling and betting industry;
• Conduct analytics and research on content, algorithms, game mechanics, social media metrics, competitor data, and ad campaigns to improve efficiency;
• Prepare detailed reports based on findings and performance assessments;
• Follow Kazakh news, sports, events, starts, esports;
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by demonstrating respect, empathy, and open communication.
