We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Content Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing processes for our software development company and game development studio. This role will require you to develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement while managing websites, creating engaging content, overseeing social media accounts, and collaborating with our sales team to support their marketing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management:
  • Manage and maintain the marketing database for three distinct companies. Know entire portfolio of projects, categorized by industry, project type, region, technology stack etc.
  • Create customized decks and presentations on demand for the sales team.
  • Post case studies on company websites and social media to showcase our success stories.
• Brand Management:
  • Oversee marketing processes for two distinct brands – a software development company and a game development studio.
  • To implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Website Management:
  • Improve and manage two websites, including updating service pages, case studies, and technology pages.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and benchmarks.
• Content Management:
  • Manage the company blog, ensuring regular, high-quality content publication. Prepare, systematize, and structure case studies.
  • Create short texts for social media posts and long-form content for website pages.
  • Develop case study decks categorized by industry, technology, and project type.
• SMM:
  • Oversee the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content is posted.
  • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies if needed.
• Sales Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to support their marketing needs.
  • Develop marketing materials and campaigns to drive sales efforts.
  • Support the sales team in setting up and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team during events and trade shows.
• Marketing Management:
  • Support marketing processes during the initial phase of the marketing department’s development.
  • Cooperate in developing marketing processes and strategies for long-term growth.

Requirements:

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Understanding of software development and game development industries;
• Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing and content strategies;
• Excellent writing skills with experience in creating content for blogs, websites, and social media. Ability to prepare and structure detailed case studies and marketing materials to boost sales;
• Experience in managing and improving websites, including content updates;
• Proficient in managing various social media platforms. Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools;
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with sales teams and TOP management;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, to work independently and take initiative;
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, to produce a standing out bold content;
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plus;
• Be a strong user of AI tools for crafting innovative and trendy content;
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
• Understanding of software development and game development industries;
• Proven track record of managing marketing processes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
