Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable architectures and integrations.
• Take ownership of technical decision-making and engineering strategies.
• Collaborate with Western clients, translating business requirements into tech solutions.
• Balance 70% Tech / 30% Management, overseeing both development and leadership aspects.
• Ensure problem-solving is a priority rather than process administration.
• Participate in evening calls with US-based stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Frontend (React, JavaScript) and Mobile (React Native, Flutter) development.
• Proven track record in Solution Architect, CTO, or Project Lead roles.
• Hands-on experience in designing complex, scalable architectures.
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of API development (REST, GraphQL) and database design.
• Ability to manage teams and development processes, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Excellent communication skills for working with business stakeholders.
• Proactive leadership, independence, and the ability to take full ownership of technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering results.
