How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• creating visuals for internal communications: Slack, Confluence, email newsletters, presentations for All Hands meetings and other corporate formats
• supporting events and initiatives: from internal celebrations and well-being weeks to strategic cultural events (banners, posters, event zones, printed materials)
• developing visual materials for Talent Marketing: creatives for job postings, interviews, content series for social media, updating the visual identity of the referral program
• editing videos and preparing dynamic content (short clips, GIF animations, video covers) for internal and external channels
• adapting the brand and identity to different formats and media so that all touchpoints with the team and candidates look consistent and recognisable

Challenges for three months:

• completing onboarding into the unit’s and Company’s processes; getting familiar with the cultural identity and tone of voice
• preparing the first graphic materials for internal initiatives and Talent Marketing
• updating the visual component of the referral program and testing it in communications
• creating the first print layouts for events

To achieve the results, you will need:

• at least 2 years of experience in working as a graphic designer (corporate communications, events, digital, or product sphere)
• confidently using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator; performing basic editing in After Effects or Premiere Pro; as well as using CapCut and Canva for quick tasks
• creating presentations, infographics, and data visualisations
• preparing layouts for print (merch, banners, posters)
• understanding principles of visual communication and brand work, as well as having a fine sense of culture
