We are looking for a highly skilled IT System Administrator with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Mobile Device Management solutions, security and backup strategies, and overall infrastructure maintenance for both Windows and macOS environments. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and passionate about ensuring our organization’s technical reliability and security.

Responsibilities

• MDM Setup & Administration: Deploy and maintain MDM solutions for both Windows and macOS devices;
• Enforce security policies, software updates, and application installations through centralized MDM platforms;
• Security & Backup Solutions: Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols and procedures across endpoints;
• Manage backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and swift restoration;
• Oversee antivirus, firewalls, and other security systems, promptly addressing vulnerabilities;
• Managed Security Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support for security tools and services;
• Respond to security alerts and incidents with rapid assessment, containment, and remediation;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enforce best practices and compliance requirements;
• Infrastructure Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Manage user accounts, access controls, and software licenses across Windows Server and macOS Server environments;
• Perform routine health checks and performance tuning on servers, networks, and endpoints;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing expert-level support and guidance;
• Continuous Improvement & Documentation: Continuously seek process improvements to optimize system performance and security;
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in IT systems administration with a focus on MDM for both Windows and macOS;
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks, backup best practices, and network protocols;
• Strong experience with Active Directory, Office 365, macOS server administration, and virtualization technologies;
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills;
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft certifications, Jamf 200/300) are a plus.
