Our team is looking for a 3D animation lead who will combine technical skill, artistic vision, and leadership. You’ll be a key player in creating high-quality animation for international gaming projects – from mobile games to AAA titles. If you’re passionate about quality animation, want to influence the process, and lead a team to strong results, this is the role for you.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in game development as a 3D animator, with participation in the release of high-quality projects (AA/AAA, or mobile).
• Proficiency in Maya, Blender, or similar tools.
• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity, including animation integration.
• Deep understanding of anatomy, kinematics, and movement principles.
• Experience with motion capture – from shooting to retargeting.
• Knowledge of game animation systems: state machines, blend trees, procedural animation.
• Leadership skills: mentoring, team building, task evaluation.
• Technical literacy: understanding of pipeline, optimization, FPS/memory.
• Intermediate+ English for communication with clients and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 3D animators (planning, feedback, growth).
• Creating animation of characters, creatures, props for game projects.
• Participation in the development of technical guidelines, pipeline, templates.
• Interaction with art directors, game designers, and engineers of clients.
• Integration of animations directly into the engine (Unreal Engine / Unity).
• Control of compliance with the artistic style and technical requirements of the project.

Will be an advantage:

• Working with Metahuman and facial animation pipelines.
• Experience in writing scripts/tools (Python, MEL) for automation.
• Participation in pre-production or R&D of new approaches to animation.
