Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the data team to analyze reactivation patterns, identify key drivers of churn, and understand user behavior trends
• Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to optimize re-engagement campaigns
• Regularly monitor reactivation MRR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve performance
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and other channels.
• Work closely with the product team to refine the in-app reactivation experience, ensuring seamless user journeys.
• Work with demand gen teams to launch retargeting campaigns using the right product offerings.
• Develop and test pricing models (discounts, flexible billing, trial extensions) to drive reactivations.
• Partner with customer-facing teams to create tailored reactivation approaches for high-value users.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space
• Strong understanding of re-engagement strategies, customer segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
• Ability to work with data teams to analyze trends, build reports, and optimize reactivation MRR.
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies and payment models to drive retention.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across product, demand gen, and customer success teams.
