We are reinforcing the non-technical aspect within our company and actively seeking an individual with a robust background in web marketing. This person should be adept at elevating conversion rates for product pages, proficient in articulating and defending strategies, adept at presenting compelling arguments, posing challenging inquiries, and ideally, possessing familiarity with Twitch and Esports realms.
The team is working on two main projects:

• streamscharts.com - streaming analytics
• escharts.com - esports statistics

We need a person who will become our marketing expert, improve processes and help projects grow.

What will be the areas of responsibility:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy for user acquisition across all stages of the funnel, including campaign development and launch.
• Taking independent initiative to organize and execute advertising campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, while also identifying and testing potential hypotheses.
• Autonomously managing and enhancing email campaigns within SendPulse, encompassing both automated and manual approaches in collaboration with the content team.
• Collaborating with SMM and SEO specialists to enhance early funnel outcomes and discover novel growth tactics.
• Working alongside the product team to optimize products, thereby boosting conversions and overall customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Elevating brand awareness through presentations, creative content, campaigns, messaging, and other communication materials.
• Providing support for the launch of new product features, as well as optimizing the conversion rates of existing features.

Pretty cool if you have:

• More than 2 years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on funnel building, demand generation and customer acquisition in tier-1 markets;
• Experience and strong skills in paid traffic channels: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
• Experience and understanding of SEO and content marketing;
• Fantastic presentation skills: your presentations on complex things will be understood by everyone;
• Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2);
• Strong leadership skills and you care about what you do;
• You watch Twitch, understand the difference between LEC and LCS, and know that The Last of Us is not just a series.
