Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animated videos for marketing campaigns and in-game events;
• Conceptualize and create compelling, performance-optimized ad creatives tailored for different social media platforms;
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute new video concepts and styles;
• Edit videos, apply visual effects, and integrate audio elements to create immersive experiences;
• Continuously test, optimize, and refine creatives based on performance analytics and feedback;
• Stay up-to-date with trends in motion design, mobile gaming, and performance marketing to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in motion design and a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work;
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop;
• Strong eye for composition, motion, storytelling, and visual dynamics;
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design and animation;
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and mobile advertising creatives;
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Familiarity with platform requirements (Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat);
• Creativity, attention to detail, responsibility;
• Punctuality, teamwork, and continuous learning mindset.

Bonus points for

• Skills in 3D graphics;
• Experience with AE plugins;
• English proficiency.
