Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in PHP development
• Strong knowledge of Laravel
• Good understanding of OOP, SOLID, MVC and REST APIs
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and database optimization
• Experience with queues and background jobs (e.g., Laravel Queues, Redis, RabbitMQ)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools
• Experience writing unit tests and maintaining API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• English – Intermediate level or higher (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend solutions using PHP (Laravel)
• Participate in the architecture and design of backend systems
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate with frontend developers and QA team
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues
• Create unit tests and technical documentation (Swagger, Open API)

Nice to have

• Experience with other PHP frameworks: Symfony, Yii2, etc.
• Experience with other programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python)
• Experience with other relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
