Innovecs Play is a specialized iGaming development studio delivering end-to-end solutions for iGaming providers, casino game developers, aggregators, and sportsbook platforms. We develop custom slot games, casino platforms, and backend infrastructures that are scalable, resilient, and regulatory-compliant.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in the iGaming industry, preferably with a focus on digital slot games.
• Deep understanding of slot game mechanics, trends, and monetization strategies.
• Experience managing end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills
• Strong management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Proactive attitude, ability to take initiative, accountability
• Talent for problem-solving
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business value.
• Familiarity with game production pipelines and processes in iGaming.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and certifications for regulated markets.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership:
  • Own the product vision for slot games, ensuring a successful release to the market
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the iGaming industry.
  • Work closely with game designers to refine gameplay mechanics, features, and monetization strategies.
  • Oversee the quality, design, mechanics, production and delivery
  • Guide and give feedback
  • Drive collaboration between stakeholders to ensure the final product meets customer and market expectations.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and efficiency.
  • Support teams with clear objectives and remove obstacles to ensure smooth progress.
