Requirements

At least 1.5 years of project management experience in IT
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (we can teach you the rest)
The wisdom to know what's important versus what's urgent
Ability to build relationships with different personality types
Enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers
A growth mindset that sees feedback as an opportunity

As a plus

Technical background (development or QA experience)
Experience with any project management tools
Knowledge of other management methodologies besides Agile

Responsibilities

Take ownership of projects that directly impact our growth
Gradually take on responsibilities currently handled by the CEO
Learn to build and maintain client relationships that last
Adapt to different project requirements and client personalities
Make mistakes, learn from them, and become wiser
Reflect on your work and continuously improve
Become irreplaceable through your combination of skills and attitude
