PROJECT 
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our Sales & BizDev team and help company to build strong brand on Client and Employee markets and being fully responsible for all marketing activities in the company. 

WE OFFER YOU THE FOLLOWING EXCITING CHALLENGES 
  • Create and implement Marketing Strategy to attract a new audience and maintain existing one. 
  • Perform marketing research and testing hypothesis. 
  • Define communication channels and marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop the corporate brand identity in consultation with management and sales teams. 
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels, including social media. 
  • Prepare and execute content social media plan. 
  • Coordination of external subcontractors and agencies working with SEO, SMM, PPC and others. 
  • Collaborate with team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies and materials. 
  • Provide support to the sales team by creating landing pages, presentations, and white papers. 
  • Support and participate in professional events (online and offline): expos, conferences, and webinars. 
  • Track and report on key metrics to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and adjust our strategy accordingly. 
 
WE EXPECT FROM YOU 
  • At least 4 years working in Marketing & Communications field with focus on service companies. 
  • Experience in building and executing marketing strategies with focus on B2B customers. 
  • Understanding the user acquisition process through various marketing channels. 
  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools and promotion channels. 
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and practical experience in their optimization. 
  • Analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of brand and performance campaigns, generate hypothesis. 
  • Knowledge and basic experience working with Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC ads (Google & FB) etc. 
  • Experience managing teams of subcontractors, budget control. 
  • Experience in organizing the company's participation in offline/online and partner events. 
  • English: upper intermediate.

  • Previous experience working with IT companies and promoting software engineering services. 
  • Lead generation experience.
