We are looking for a React Native Developer for our US-based client – a logistics company that provides an end-to-end express delivery infrastructure, specializing in e-commerce shipping. Utilizing underused cargo space on narrowbody aircraft like Boeing 737s for middle-mile transport, they combine air and ground services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to deliver packages across the U.S. within two business days, all at competitive ground rates. They are building a team of curious, adaptable engineers who thrive on using GenAI to accelerate development, reduce boilerplate, and drive innovation across diverse projects, including native apps, front-end, back-end, and our infrastructure.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in mobile development, with at least 3+ years of hands-on React Native experience
• Strong knowledge of the React ecosystem (React hooks, context, navigation, state management with Redux/Zustand/Recoil, etc.) and experience integrating with backend APIs
• Proven track record of using production-ready libraries, UI kits, and templates to reduce boilerplate and accelerate delivery
• Familiarity with Expo, Metro bundler, and native modules (iOS/Android)
• Ability to evaluate tradeoffs in performance, scalability, and developer experience
• Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript, knowledge of React, Node.js, Vue.js, Typescript – is a plus
• Comfort working independently and asynchronously across global time zones, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
• Passionate about using LLMs, GenAI to accelerate all aspects of software development
• Eager to explore different technologies, from native and web apps to machine learning and beyond
• Focused on delivering high-quality results within the timelines we agree on, with a commitment to hitting those targets without micromanagement.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a global team of like-minded engineers to build and maintain high-quality software solutions
• Use AI tools like Cursor to auto-generate code from requirements, focusing on refining and optimizing rather than starting from scratch
• Help transition from no-code platforms to scalable solutions
• Participate in async communication, daily check-ins, and effectively manage blockers to ensure smooth project progress
• Focus on delivering results within agreed timelines, balancing a commitment to quality with efficiency
