Svitla Systems looking for a Social Media Lead who can capture the spirit of Svitla and share it with a global audience. In this role, you’ll design platform-specific strategies, create scroll-stopping content, and shape how we show up across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and more. You’ll be the voice (and sometimes the lens) of Svitla – crafting stories that resonate with both our current teammates and future talent.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the IT industry.
• Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Excellent writing skills with experience creating engaging posts, captions, and platform-specific content.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with creative teams – designers, video editors, photographers.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing trends.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have:

• Ability to shoot and edit video/photo content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, CapCut, or similar software.

Responsibilities:

• Build the Strategy – Develop and execute a data-driven social media plan that strengthens our employer brand and online presence.
• Create Engaging Content – Produce platform-specific posts, Stories, Reels, and campaigns in collaboration with designers, videographers, and photographers.
• Run Campaigns – Plan, launch, and optimize social media initiatives to boost awareness, attract talent, and foster community engagement.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with marketing, HR, and content teams to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values.
• Track & Optimize – Monitor analytics, measure performance, and refine strategies for maximum reach and impact.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Research social media trends, best practices, and new tools to keep Svitla’s presence fresh and relevant.
• Engage the Community – Respond to comments and messages, encourage conversations, and nurture relationships with our audience.
