We are looking for a Trainee to Junior Frontend Developer to join our web development team and support the ongoing evolution of the Binariks corporate website. This role is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, who is eager to apply their skills in a real-world setting and grow within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
As a Junior Frontend Developer, you will work closely with designers, marketers, and senior engineers to implement new website pages, improve existing components, and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across the platform. You’ll contribute to both day-to-day maintenance and longer-term initiatives, such as feature rollouts and UX optimizations.
About the project: The Binariks Corporate Website - a modern, content-rich platform that serves as the digital face of the company. The website showcases our expertise, case studies, services, blog content, and supports lead generation efforts. The project involves both ongoing maintenance and active development of new website features and pages.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0,5+ years of experience with React
• Good understanding of JavaScript and React, including hooks, Redux Thunk, and how the rendering works
• Basic understanding of Next.js and server components
• Good understanding of TypeScript
• Good understanding of component reusability and how to organize the structure of the project in the most efficient way (incl. the separation of concerns principle)
• Solid knowledge of SCSS, CSS modules, and CSS-in-JS
• Experience with connecting the front-end application to the backend, working with REST API, filtering the data, and re-structuring the responses received from the server
• Basic knowledge of PHP, Angular, and Git will be a plus
• Ability to convey any technical or functional details efficiently and in the most understandable way
• Higher specialized education in IT development or a completed IT development course
• At least Upper-intermediate English

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and style new pages and components based on approved designs
• Maintain existing UI elements and ensure responsiveness across devices
• Improve page performance and implement SEO-friendly markup
• Collaborate with designers, content managers, and marketing specialists
• Follow clean code principles and contribute to frontend consistency
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to performance and rendering
• Work on refactoring the existing code to ensure scalability, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards
• Create technical documentation of each particular feature
