We are looking for a Head of Development who will become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Strategy development of technologies for alignment with business goals;
• Research and implementation of new technologies;
• Cooperation with company departments to align processes;
• Control and management of software development;
• People Management;
• Budgeting;
• Projects Estimation;
• Delivery of the developed products in time, scope, budget with the required quality.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a software developer (PHP + project production);
• 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role (preferably Delivery Manager at least tech-lead);
• Experience with conducting technical analysis and research;
• Budgeting and business planning;
• Knowledge of technology scope and technology trends;
• Strategic thinking, ability to build technical strategy within the development department;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Technical requirements:

• Understanding and experience with CI/CD setup;
• DevOps Basics;
• Understanding the correct usage of Key-Value storages (Redis) and MQ (Rabbit) in projects;
• Experience with MySQL, knowledge of PostgreSQL and NoSQL will be an advantage;
• Experience in managing a team of 5 people and the presence of successful cases of team development;
• Knowledge of PHP frameworks (especially Laravel, Symphony);
• Experience with Docker;
• Zend will be a plus;
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID, DRY, KISS, fresh best practices in the industry;
• Experience with Git, GIT-flow;
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile;
• Experience with Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, Pipelines.
