We are looking for an Account Manager, that is, a Cody’s team player who can develop and maintain relationships with clients at all stages - from pre-sales to retention and repeat sales.

Responsibilities:

• Constant communication with the clients (email, chat, calls).
• Constant communication with development, accounting and back office teams.
• Maintaining project paperwork, including drafting contracts and other documents and invoicing.
• Lots of working with numbers and data.
• Lots of writing and presentation work.
• Participation in meetings (ceremonies) with the client as well as internal company activities, reporting and results presentation.
• Conflict resolution and incident response
• Sales team support during the pre-sales, discovery and launch phases of the client’s project.
• Client support during project execution and completion.
• Identifying, collection and discussion of the client needs.
• Monitoring and controlling each client satisfaction and total NPS of all the company's clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, sales or customer service (minimum 2 years);
• Superb communication, presentation and analytical skills;
• Ability to empathize, love for teamwork;
• Stress tolerance and decent facilitator skills;
• Knowledge, understanding and willingness to work according to Agile principles;
• Attention to detail;
• Mathematical ability;
• Ability to work with office suite;
• Self-education skills;
• English B2 (or higher);
• B.Sc (or higher).
