You are a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in Shopify/Shopify Plus from 2 years;
  • Work with other developers and clients to solve business problems using the latest Shopify platform and ecosystem tools;
  • Experience in developing new and customizing existing themes, blocks and widgets;
  • Experience in developing custom solutions with complex logic based on Liquid and Javascript;

Job Duties:

  • Knowledge Transfer and documentation (50%):
    • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure seamless understanding of existing codebases and business processes.
    • Document and explain the nuances of systems related to US elections and stock markets (US and International).
  • Modernizing and Enhancing Features (50%):
    • Lead the modernization of legacy .NET applications, ensuring smooth migration to modern .NET frameworks.
    • Enhance the US Elections Node.js scripting platform, adding new features and improving overall experience.
    • Continuously improve the .NET codebase by integrating new technologies and best practices.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

The ideal candidate: will develop, implement, and optimize our marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Email Marketing to increase our brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Campaigns:
    • Plan and execute PPC campaigns on various platforms, including search engines and social media, prioritizing Google and Facebook.
    • Continuously analyze and refine campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates, while maintaining target CPA.
    • Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and collaborate with designers on ad designs.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
    • Perform regular keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Google Analytics:
    • Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
    • Set up and maintain goals, funnels, and custom reports within Google Analytics.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Work with the team to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
    • Create compelling email content, segment email lists, and perform A/B testing to optimize open and click-through rates.
    • Monitor email campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC strategies and best practices.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
