Responsibilities:

• Account management and development: building partnership and strategic relations with customers, proactive account development;
• Manage and measure satisfaction and success of the company clients;
• Trouble-shooting at existing projects;
• Monitoring of invoices payment;
• Effective communication with inner company’s stakeholders, care about their satisfaction and qualitative work as well;
• Build a great Customer Journey for each account by providing the high-level services and helping teams in this directions;
• Build plans of work with each account and keep the information up to date in the CRM or other required tools.

Elogic Commerce is looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have a proven experience of eCommerce project management, Magento 2 experience would be a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing).
• Communicating with the external and internal stakeholders.
• Applying Agile methodology and following the best practices.
• Management of changes during the implementation is the must have skill.
• Management of risks and interdependencies during the implementation.
• Ensuring full transparency of the implementation of the projects for all participants and interested parties.
• Preparation and facilitation of management decisions related to the implementation of projects based on the formed alternatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and technical specifications/requirements and develop enterprise-level e-commerce solutions.
• Produce clear, well-structured, cross-browser, testable, scalable, critical bugs free code.
• Fix bugs and resolve production issues (PHP/MySQL/JS).
• Work with the development team to ensure proper implementation of the website’s functionality.
• Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project issues.
• Provide updates to effort estimates and status of assigned tasks.

Required skills:

• 4+ years PHP web development experience;
• Ecommerce experience with Magento development in the last 3 years;
• Working knowledge of PHP object-oriented programming & MVC applications;
