We are looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our team. Team is HQed in Germany (German business hours).

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and deploy robust and scalable software solutions using Vue.js and other relevant technologies. Ensure that the software meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the team to design and implement complex features and systems, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Participate in architectural reviews and discussions to drive technical excellence.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions. Use a proactive approach to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.

Main Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6, ES7) and Vue.js and its core principles such as components, reactivity and the virtual DOM;
• Familiarity with the Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router;
• Good knowledge of HTML5 APIs and CSS3, including SCSS preprocessor;
• Knowledge of Node.js, Express and Docker;
• Knowledge of functional programming and object-oriented programming paradigms;
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented and clean JavaScript code;
• Familiarity with automated JavaScript testing, especially testing with Cypress and Jest;
• Experience with using RESTful APIs.

Good to have:

• Desire to work in a scale-up with a fast-moving environment and experience with agile methods;
• Figma or Zeplin do not surprise you, but have helped you develop great user interfaces over the years;
• You value design and great user experience;
• You speak fluent English.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Define data architecture principles, standards, and best practices to guide data management initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Design and implement logical and physical data models that support data integration, storage, and retrieval.
• Define data structures, data flows, and data mappings to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis.
• Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies and tools to support data architecture goals.
• Establish data governance processes and policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulations.
• Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms to identify and resolve data issues proactively.

Main Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with a strong background in data modelling, database design, and data management.
• Develop and optimise ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to move data between different sources and destinations.
• An extensive experience designing cloud-based data and analytical platforms on AWS.
• Knowledge and experience with any of the following: DataBricks, Snowflake, Data Governance (Collibra, Talend), iPaaS (Workato, Mulesoft), Data Visualization (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI), or Master Data Management systems.
• Comfortable presenting designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Good to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong leadership abilities, providing technical guidance to the delivery team for successful project outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
