WANTED an experienced software developer who will write software applications to compete on a global scale.
We have a very short design-to-test-to-production cycle and almost instant feedback from the financial market. A single row of your code will be impactful. You will work in a small but cheerful team of developers, quantitative researchers and business operations. The ideal candidate can have the tasks done as well as be initiative. It is the job for you if you want to see the results of what you do and you are eager to influence the process.
Tasks:
- Designing and building a resilient trading system that competes with other global leaders.
- Writing good robust code in Golang (Linux).
- Monitoring the technical performance of the trading system.
Qualifications:
- Golang;
- C++;
- Amazon WS;

- A good command of GO or C++ or Java/Scala or C# or Rust;
- Experience with investment/trading technology and/or high performance low latency systems;
- Knowledge of Python 3 a plus;
- Experience with Docker containers, designing & implementing distributed service-based applications, and/or REST & WebSockets is a plus, too.

The ideal candidate won't wait for someone to assign tasks, takes initiative, and ensures tasks are completed. It is the job for you if you want to see the results of what you do and you are eager to influence the process.
Tasks:
- You will be working as a front-end developer on a greenfield high-load web application.
- It is written in AngularJS and gets data from the back-end via WebSockets/RestAPI.
- Application must handles over 50 messages per second over WebSocket.
- Improving responsive layout covering desktop and mobile devices from Figma designs.
Qualifications:
- AngularJS;
- WebSocket;
- Amazon WS;
- Docker;
- Solid AngularJS and WebSocket web development experience;
- Front-end proficiency and experience: HTML, CSS, JS, CSS-in-JS experience is an advantage;
- Experience with modern web development stack;
- A clear understanding of WebSockets and RESTful APIs;
- Experience with financial, trading or exchange technology is an advantage.

- Proactively sourcing new leads and engaging prospects.
- Building long-lasting business relationships with our customers.
- Developing a sales & marketing strategy.

- Representing FinchTrade at industry exhibitions and conferences.
About you:

FinchGuard develops a SaaS white-label solution that allows crypto-related companies such as virtual asset service providers (VASPs) automate AML function, decrease costs and stay compliant in the changing regulatory landscape. You will work in a small but cheerful team of back-end and front-end developers, a designer and a soon-to-be QA engineer. The ideal candidate can have the tasks done as well as be initiative.
Your job:
You will be the interception between the business and product teams. You are good at both finding common language with tech geeks and communicating with potential clients. Your KPIs will include increasing P&L, managing the development team and, of course, building the first class product.
Your tasks:
- Shaping the product to relieve the pain of an end-user.
- Defining the roadmap aimed at a growing market share.
- Overseeing daily operations of the team to ensure constant delivery of New features as well as stability and scalability of the solution.
- Doing everything else to make the business prosper.
About you:
- A technical or financial background (6+);
- Management experience or your own projects;
- You are good at delivering results;
- Excellent English and Russian.
Other requirements:
- Other European languages are a plus;
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
