К сожалению пришлось столкнуться с работой на этой галере.
Описывать опыт в деталях не буду, опасаясь мстительности руководства данной конторы.
Они все в минусах.
Плюси:1. Небольшая возможность дообучаться в процессе. Проистекает из минусов.
Мінуси:1. Текучка кадров, что не удивительно учитывая экономию на зарплате, которая не позволяет нанимать спецов, приходится нанимать дилентантов которые бокопорят.
2. Наигранная секюрность. Долик, ты считаешь что если ты закроешь в BIOS порты, то инфу никто не унесет? Или если обыскать багажник выезжающего автомобиля, то можно найти там пару системников с мониторами?
3. Проблемы с зарплатами. И дело не в размере, а в том что повышение приходится выбивать. Тебе. Другу Саши Букача или Дмитрия Долины не приходится.
4. Увольнение под предлогами, не относящимся к профессиональной деятельности. Прочитал на другом сайте как некто Dmytro Dolyna пригрозил уволить тех, кто в приватном чатике неправильно отнесся к российскому вторжению в 2022-м. Поржал. Впрочем типичный российский подход, как бы контора не пыжилась поддержкой европейских ценностей.
5. Идиотский менеджмент который вам ставят сверху. Забавно когда технарями управляет девочка-филолог. Не удивительно что 90% проектов факапятся и превышают дедлайн.
6. Туалет по секундомеру. Нет, серьезно. Спасибо хоть секундомер автоматический на дверях.
7. Каждый сотрудник оформляется как ЧП. Ну понятно для чего. Николайчук экономит на налогах и бухгалтерах. Да и здесь столько статей КЗОТа нарушается, что лавочку бы давно прикрыли. Кстати договор забавный, особенно ржали с лондонского суда. Такое впечатление что он подписывается с инвестором на миллиард, а не эникейщиком с з\п 400 баксов. Кретину его писавшему, покурить бы ЦКУ, да и ККУ за компанию.
8. Кумовство. Вопреки декларированию европейских ценностей, ага. Друзьям менеджера можно все. Тебе - ничего, еще и должен. А если т.н. VP тебя еще и шпилит, так тебе прямая дорога в менеджеры, даже если ты глупа как доска.
9. Откровенно наигранная забота о сотрудниках. GFL, я хожу на работу чтобы деньги зарабатывать, мне нафиг не нужны ваши спортзалы, приставки, и тимдебилдинги. Но хомяки ведутся, поэтому минус это скорее субъективный.
10. Говнооборудование. Выбить нормальное нетормозящее железо - трудно. 2015-й, по планете вовсю шагают SSD, а этим кретинам надо обосновывать почему не HDD. Ладно бы, есть норм. домашний макбук. Но здесь см. п.2: - На данный момент мы не видим необходимости аппрувить вам ноутбук.
