We’re looking for a сreative Marketing Assistant to help us elevate Indeema Software’s online presence and support our internal marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with the team on a variety of tasks, from social media management to designing corporate merchandise and organizing events. At Indeema, a leading software development company with 10 years of experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) industry, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the company's brand development. Our main office is in Lviv, and we expect the candidate to visit the office at least 2-3 times a week.

Responsibilities:

• Create a content plan that aligns with the company’s strategy and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Quora);
• Create engaging content (images, videos, blog posts) and use creative writing to grow the social media audience and strengthen brand loyalty;
• Set monthly KPIs for each social media platform and report on them;
• Perform audience and market analysis to come up with new ideas for content plan;
• Collaborate with the team to create corporate merchandise, plan internal communications, and organize events.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in social media management (SMM);
• B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher level of English, with strong grammar and creative writing skills;
• Staying informed about and understanding social media algorithms;
• Designing visuals following the brand book while applying fundamental principles of layout and composition;
• Proficiency in using photo editors (Canva, Figma, and other design tools);
• Experience with video editing tools;
• Hands-on experience with Meta, and Facebook Ads Manager;
• Ability to establish and analyze KPIs for social media campaigns;
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees, partners, and vendors.
