We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join our growing InterCode team.
About the project:
Healthcare multi-platform portal for big western market.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging during each cycle, which adheres to the acceptance criteria.
- Practice continual professional development through taking architectural direction and coding guidance from Principal Software Engineers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, leveraging best practice source code management (Git/Bitbucket).
- Participate in code reviews; identify defects and resolve collaboratively with colleagues.
- Seamlessly execute peer programming techniques on appropriate development activities.
- Estimate size and Implementation of backlog items, translate into engineering design and logical units of work (tasks).
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in frontend development and engineering.
- Deep knowledge of Angular 2+ and commercial experience of 1.5 years.
- Experience with Angular Material and Material CDK, knowledge of Material Design principles and responsive design.
- Graduated with a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- Upper Intermediate level of English language proficiency.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members.
- Good team player with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with UNIT testing using Karma & Jasmine or Jest and e2e tests using Protractor.
- Experience with Agile Scrum Methodology.
- Experience with GIT.
- Deep knowledge of modern JavaScript (es2015 +) and Typescript.
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Angular Universal.
- Experience with Material UI + Tailwind.
- Experience with Cypress E2E testing.
- Practical experience with Docker and cloud services such as AWS/Google Cloud.

Responsibilities:
- Leading 3 small projects simultaneously;
- Daily meetings with clients;
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery;
- Processing client requests via Jira ticketing systems, and email channels;
- Creating, maintaining, and communicating project status, plans, sprint plans, and backlog to the client based on estimates and team capacity;
- Writing project documentation and product requirements, including roadmaps, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), charters, reports, and requirements traceability matrix;
- Creating Gantt charts;
- Monitoring development progress, identifying risks, and coordinating with the team to find solutions, communicating them to internal stakeholders;
- Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and ensure project success;
- Monitoring and analyzing project metrics using Jira to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize team performance;
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements and deadlines;

Requirements:
- Professional experience (Project Manager in IT company) at least 1,5 year;
- English – at least Upper-Intermediate level.
- Experience with Scrum, familiarization with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies;
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Proofhub, Figma, Miro;
- Experience in Sprint Planning (including Scrum Poker) & Burndown Chart, Efficient Retrospectives & Conclusions/Action Items, Critical Path & Chain, Gantt Diagram;
- Experience in writing documentation mentioned above;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal;
