As a Technical Project Manager (TPM) at It-Jim, you’ll be a key player in driving our technical projects forward. They range from AI research to the development of AI-powered mobile and web applications, and as a TPM, you’ll need to have the technical knowledge and leadership skills to manage them all effectively.
We’re looking for someone who is a natural problem solver with the ability to set clear goals, inspire teams, and get things done.
In this position, you will:
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from conception to completion.
- Collect business requirements and transform them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Perform acceptance testing of the delivery.
- Ensure successful project delivery to clients.
- Carry out retrospectives and incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in AI and related fields, and apply that knowledge to improve project outcomes and drive innovation.
Must have:
- 2+ years of project management experience;
- Experience with managing mobile and web development;
- Successfully delivered projects for US/EU customers;
- Software development life cycle understanding;
- Experience with estimations;
- Experience with resource planning;
- Upper-intermediate English;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Strong interest and passion for AI technology and its applications.

Your Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth goals.
- Find, test, and launch new marketing channels.
- Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Effectively manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to different channels and campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
- Develop marketing materials (promotional materials, infographics, presentations, portfolios, etc.) for various channels from scratch.
- Proofread and edit different types of texts (blog posts, SMM posts, etc.) created by others.
- Perform planning and management of resources for SMM, SEO, and design efforts.
- Hiring and management of subcontractors (SMM, SEO, design, website content).
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop content and strategies that accelerate sales cycles and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze the performance of marketing efforts using data analytics tools and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.
- Report the results and insights to the CEO and C-level team.
- Plan and execute educational and marketing events (trainee programs, webinars, conference participation).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing manager role, preferably in the IT sphere.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, at least Upper-Intermediate level.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and efficient project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
- Good knowledge of copywriting principles.
- Experience in creating visual content.

We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Manager to join our team and drive our outreach efforts through strategic email campaigns and LinkedIn initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to keep up with industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
- Define and profile target customer segments for targeted and efficient lead generation.
- Analyze ideal customer profile (ICP) data and ensure alignment with lead research criteria. Identify and profile key buyer persona.
- Design and implement a comprehensive lead generation strategy tailored to the AI field.
- Create, implement, and optimize targeted email campaigns. Monitor and manage email deliverability to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Initiate and nurture prospect relationships through effective communications and follow-up strategies.

- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate+ English level.
- Result-oriented and with attention to detail.
- Ambitions for growth and leadership of the lead generation team.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in B2B lead generation for deep tech or AI-related businesses.
- Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and tools.
