Looking for a Business Analyst part-time!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing documentation (user stories, diagrams, workflows) for the development team.
• Work with internal and external teams to understand product documentation requirements.
• Communication with Product owner.
• Analysis and preparing SRS documentation.
• Preparing user guides for clients and for internal usage.
• Preparing and performing presentations, demo new functionality for clients.
• Review, analyze technical and legal documents like NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), MSA (Master Service Agreement), SRS (Software Requirements Specification), SAD (Software Architecture Design), customer reports, etc., and propose improvements.
• Prepare and take part in the pre-sale process: communication, translation support, meetings with potential and existing customers.
• Knowledge sharing within team.
• Collaborate with students, partners, Training Academy, conducting seminars, workshops.
• Developing and mentoring other partners, employees on a regular basis.

Necessary Skills:

• Communication Skills: Clear, timely oral and written communication regarding project requirements, requested changes, and testing results.
• Technical Skills: Testing software and designing business systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills so that a customer’s business needs are properly interpreted and translated into the application and operational requirements. Analyzing data, documents, user input surveys, and workflow to determine which course of action will correct the business problem.
• Finding ways to quickly resolve problems and move toward a project’s successful completion.
• Decision-Making Skills: Should be able to assess a situation, receive input from stakeholders, and select a course of action.
• Planning the project scope, directing staff members, handling change requests, forecasting budgets, and keeping everyone on the project within allotted time constraints are just some management skills a business analyst should possess.
• Supervising projects of all sizes, from inception to implementation.
• Finding the balance between individual wants and business needs, and then interacting with a variety of personality types toward a solution that works for the business. Maintaining relationships within an organization and with external partners.
• English C1 (Advanced English).
