We are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for shaping the user interface & experience for core products of the company: Let’s Enhance and Claid.
This is an individual contributor (IC) role, which implies attention to the craft, details & owning the design decisions. You’ll be the only designer on the team, working horizontally with product managers, engineers & other stakeholders.

We expect you to:

• Increase user engagement by making product experience more intuitive & straightforward
• Design new features and optimise existing ones
• Shape how Let’s Enhance products look, feel, work and enable our customers to solve problems.

Requirements:

• You have over 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, accompanied by a portfolio that highlights your design projects.
• You have well-rounded skills designing user interfaces, writing UX copy, aligning with brand identity.
• You have a vast experience conducting user interviews, distilling & communicating insights to the team and design solutions based on them.
• You’re comfortable prototyping and exploring different directions with the team to make better product decisions.
• You know how to prepare and transfer documentation, wireframes, high-fidelity designs & other required deliverables to engineers.
• You have experience working closely with engineers to ensure it’s high quality, follows company vision and meets business goals.
• Excellent communication skills. At least Upper-intermediate or higher level of English. 

It’ll be amazing if you also have:

• Experience working in a fully remote setup.
• Experience working on iOS/Android apps.
• Experience with onboarding users for a SaaS product.
