What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting Demand partners (daily performance monitoring and accounts’ optimization accordingly);
- Support with delivery, measurement, reporting, integrations, and client communication;
- Partnering with Business Development/Product/Data Science teams (Lead data-driven decisions for growing product usage and identifying new product opportunities);
- Management to help define and drive enhancements to the platform (Build data monitoring to identify potential issues with current products);
- Partnering with the Account Director team by supporting tactical needs to achieve and surpass revenue targets and KPI’s, expanding client business by identifying issues and opportunities;
- Liaising regularly with internal and external clients to deliver updates, including performance insights, optimization feedback, and suggestions for increasing revenue;
- Attending client meetings;
- Field and resolve any technical set up questions and troubleshoot issues within existing integrations
- Ensuring that all weekly, monthly & ad hoc client reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new ad tech functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific tech developments.
You'll have:
- Ideally with 1-year online advertising experience, either for a Google Marketing Platform (DV360), Trading desk, Ad Network, Ad Exchange;
- English language required;
- Proficient computer skills including solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Hands-on experience with SQL;
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Qlik) and real-time dashboard development;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience translating analytics into business insights in order to influence business stakeholders;
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment quickly and easily;
- Intuitive/creative thinker: problem identifier and solver, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Willingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnerships.

We are seeking a talented Publisher Account Manager to join our team. The Publisher Account Manager will be playing a pivotal role in establishing connections with our new partners by providing them with technical integration support, as well as keeping an eye on setups with live partners. Your role will be to ensure that our partners are satisfied with our services and that we are meeting their needs from the technical side. This includes ensuring timely payments, providing ongoing support, and working with internal teams to resolve issues as they arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for the digital advertising industry and learning new things.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an integration support specialist for publishers, providing them with recommendations on setup & help to resolve their problems.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that publishers may have. Work closely with Client Service, Finance, and AM teams to ensure that the partnership is profitable and efficient for both sides.
- Continuously monitor and analyze publisher performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure invoicing is happening on time and provide with custom reports per requests.
Requirements:
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Excel knowledge (vlookup, summif, pivot tables);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, including programmatic advertising and ad networks;
- Experience with ad serving and programmatic advertising would be a plus.

This person will be based in Ukraine but will report to the finance department based in London. The role will involve daily contact with the finance department and some travel to London on occasions.
The long-term goal of this role is for the candidate to manage the whole AP process, provide AP analysis and potentially assist with bank reconciliation and employee expenses.
Duties:
- Replying to incoming supplier and invoice queries on a timely basis.
- Managing finance inbox and delegating queries to the relevant person/department for action.
- Timely processing of supplier Invoices/credits into the ERP systems, matching to approved purchase orders/obtaining authorizations for payment referring any queries back to suppliers and internal colleagues.
- Monitor all outstanding invoices against the ledger, investigating and resolving all queries in a timely manner prior to payment of the invoice according to payment terms.
- Managing creditors ledger.
- Creating suppliers in the finance system.
- Account and supplier reconciliations.
- Daily banking for Accounts Payable tasks, posting payments on a daily basis, and allocating direct onto ERP systems.
- Ad hoc requests to assist within the Finance team as required
- Managing electronic filing system for supplier invoices.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience of Accounts Payable;
- Previous experience of ERP/finances systems, i.e. Quickbook, Sage, NetSuite;
- Strong IT skills with solid experience of MS Excel;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Highly accurate with good attention to detail;
- A positive, "can do" attitude;
- Self-motivated, well organized.
