We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our digital marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Tibica, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our brand awareness, driving website traffic, and ultimately acquiring our first customers. You will have the opportunity to utilize your skills and creativity to develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to our target audience.

Tibica (tibica.io) is an innovative platform for AWS cloud-based apps. Our mission is to democratize the power of cloud computing for every tech startup and enterprise. Although we’re in the early stages, we have big ambitions and are committed to revolutionizing cloud computing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote Tibica and increase brand visibility.
• Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC to reach our target audience.
• Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms and email newsletters, Tibica website.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Actively engage in lead generation activities on LinkedIn/email to connect with potential customers.
• Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign performance and drive customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Finished Digital Marketing courses;
• English B2+;
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and PPC;
• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content;
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently.
