What you'll be working on:
Product Discovery:
- Follow the business-oriented approach in building new solutions;
- Engage in user-centric design by actively seeking user input, analyzing user behavior, and incorporating user feedback into the design process;
- Use techniques such as sketching, prototyping, and user testing to validate design ideas and iterate on solutions;
- Conduct detailed competitor research and document your research findings;
- Analyze user journeys to uncover pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities to enhance the user experience;
- Conduct a detailed overview of competitors' features and how they work;
- Dive deep to understand the technology and products’ features to pick up on software development-related subjects;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, UI kits, and other design resources to ensure consistency and efficiency across products (covering dark mode/light mode, making sure that UI library is up to date, covering all the states, etc.);
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices.
Product Design:
- Apply design principles to create solutions that address real user needs;
- Conduct competitor research, develop information architecture, create user journeys, and explore various mockup variations and prototypes to craft effective design solutions;
- Continuously evolve our products' language and improve existing design solutions to make them more intuitive and natural;
- Take an active role in organizing and streamlining design processes within the team;
- Share best practices, establish design workflows, and contribute to the creation of a collaborative and efficient design environment;
- Effectively communicate your design decisions and the underlying process;
- Collaborate closely with other designers and product managers to ensure consistency and coherence in design approaches across multiple product features.
Your skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web & mobile platforms;
- Ability to think strategically and consider business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility when designing products;
- Proficiency in creating prototypes at varying levels of fidelity, from rough sketches to interactive and polished prototypes for usability testing;
- Awareness of the latest Web/Mobile UI/UX trends;
- Ability to develop and maintain a design system or UI library that promotes consistency and efficiency across multiple projects;
- Familiarity with modern design methodologies such as design thinking, data-driven design, and human-centered design;
- Expertise in using Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration purposes;
- Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing user interviews and usability testing sessions;
- Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to think outside the box;
- Ability to keep the end-user in mind throughout the design process, ensuring that the final product meets their needs and expectations;
- Proactive attitude towards taking ownership of projects and driving them forward;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present ideas effectively;

Responsibilities:
- Product Discovery:
- Conduct customer development including discovery, validation, creation and building;
- Run market research and analysis.
- Product strategy:
- Contribute to the end-to-end vision of the product;
- Communicate the vision to all cross-functional teams involved;
- Transform strategy into the product roadmap;
- Prepare billing model to meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Product development:
- Prepare product requirements and use scenarios;
- Conduct product planning: product roadmaps, team, time and budget;
- Lead the development process using SCRUM/AGILE methodology;
- Carry out proactive risk management and troubleshooting.
- UX/UI:
- Create product wireframes/mockups/prototypes;
- Follow and initiate the implementation of the latest UI/UX trends;
- Improve product UX to increase conversion and retention rates.
- Product Analytics:
- Cooperate with analytical department to make data-driven decisions;
- Constantly monitor and improve product success metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn, NPS, etc.
Your skills:
- 5+ years of industry experience in Product Management;
- Experience in building SaaS applications;
- Demonstrated success in defining, implementing and communicating the end-to-end vision of the product;
- Experience in conducting market research and customer development, defining and implementing the go-to-market strategy;
- Experience in applying the Lean startup approach into product development;
- Experience in using design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Axure, etc.);
- Being a tech-savvy: understand high-level tech concepts and architecture, ability to speak one language with various teams;
- Experience in delivering software products in the US and EU markets;
- Superior project, team and budget management skills;
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams;
- Awareness of the latest Web/Mobile UI/UX trends;
- Being a self-starter, well-structured and attentive to details;

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and responsible professional to join our team and provide customer support for Coupler.io. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, resolving requests and ensuring the best communication experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage customer support requests and respond in a timely manner via email.
- Conduct 1-st line demo calls for potential customers and provide product guidance.
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting by handling technical customer queries, debugging issues, and guiding users through setup.
- Independently solve client's requests and issues.
- Engage proactively with customers by assisting with onboarding, user adoption, and retention strategies to ensure they get the most value from the product.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
- If necessary, initiate collaboration with the Product Owner or Development Team to find possible answers and/or workarounds to suggest to customers.
- Maintain a high-quality support service by actively contributing to the improvement of established processes.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our knowledge base by creating and updating support articles and documentation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical/product support for SaaS product;
- Advanced English skills, both written and spoken;
- Ability to investigate, reproduce issues, and dive deep into the product;
- Strong analytical thinking with an understanding of customer needs and data challenges to offer the best solutions;
- Ability to proactively guide customers toward data-driven success;
- Willingness to conduct independent investigations to determine the root causes of problems;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Experience working with support ticket management software (e.g., Help Scout, Zendesk) or other;
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Attention to details.
Will be a plus:
- Experience using CRM systems and task management tools;
