What you’ll do:
- Maintain/Obtain certifications and current knowledge of Salesforce platform advancements and trends;
- Work with team members to develop specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom code;
- Participate and engage in all team meetings.
- Implement solutions using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom code;
- Perform hands-on configuration of new and existing functionality, including security setup, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards, and customized applications to support internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments;
- Assist with analyzing and recommending system updates and enhancements, and with documenting specifications for system updates;
- Understand and effectively utilize sandbox architecture and Salesforce application release management to keep up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices;
- Develop your skills through hands-on training, mentoring, and daily interaction with the product management team and peers;
- Assist with research and development of new Salesforce prototypes, proofs of concept, and applications.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of development experience with Apex, Lightning (Aura and LWC), JavaScript, SOAP/REST APIs;
- Expert in the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud;
- Expert in integrating Salesforce with external systems using connectors, SOAP/REST API;
- Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies;
- Strong experience in creating solution designs for any SF related challenge;
- Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant etc.);
- Written and spoken English at least Upper-intermediate level – is a must!
Will be a plus:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related fields.

What you’ll do:
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers;
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance;
- Assembling and leading the project team;
- Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines;
- Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible;
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion;
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information;
- Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products’ performance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field;
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management and software development;
- Experience working in a remote, distributed team-based delivery environment, preferably in agile scrum teams;
- Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques;
- Knowledge of various project management tools, such as Jira, and Confluence;
- Solid leadership, decision-making, and organization skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, at least upper-intermediate English;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Will be a plus:
- Experience working on Salesforce projects;
- Certified PMP/Scrum Master/Salesforce certifications.
