We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and growth of a product, working closely with engineering and marketing teams.

You will:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user and business priorities.
• Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into well-defined features and enhancements.
• Test and validate hypotheses, iterating quickly based on market feedback and data insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning and go-to-market execution.
• Monitor key product metrics (LTV, CAC, Retention, Conversion, etc.) and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Engage with key stakeholders to align product direction with business goals and customer expectations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a product-driven company.
• Proven track record of defining and executing product strategies, especially in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, agile methodologies, and market research techniques.
• Experience in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
• Ability to work with data analytics, business models, and financial metrics to drive growth.
• Hands-on experience in backlog management, feature prioritization, and hypothesis validation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams toward a common vision.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
