Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled C & C++ Embedded Engineer to take ownership of critical software components in our camera-based security devices. This role involves maintaining existing products through comprehensive debugging and bug fixing, as well as developing innovative new features.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality embedded software in C and C++ for camera-based security devices.
  • Debug and resolve complex software, hardware, and network connectivity issues across the entire software stack.
  • Develop new features and improve existing codebases for the product line.
  • Optimize software performance for resource-constrained embedded environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to team members.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop comprehensive testing strategies.
  • Document software designs, APIs, libraries, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5+ years of commercial experience in embedded development, with expertise in C and C++ (C++17 standard) and deep knowledge of RTOS and microcontroller architectures (ARM, RISC-V).
  • Proficiency in the full SDLC, including professional engineering practices like Git, CMake, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Solid understanding of network programming and experience with multithreading on multicore microcontrollers.
  • Expertise in communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, and Wi-Fi) and experience writing device drivers and libraries.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation, with a collaborative mindset for cross-functional team environments.
  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B2).
  • Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and cross-compilation tool chains.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to guide and manage our backend team. This role combines backend engineering leadership, stakeholder collaboration, ownership of team delivery, and people management. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, driving execution quality, developing engineers, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of engineering systems that directly support AI/ML development.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Lead and manage the backend team and own all aspects of delivery, including planning, execution, technical risk management, and engineering quality
  • Drive technical excellence by guiding key design decisions, resolving architectural trade-offs, and supporting the team on complex production, reliability, and scalability issues for backend services, APIs, and data workflows

  • Practical AWS experience for building, operating, and troubleshooting production backend systems
  • Experience with containerized backend systems, queues, background jobs, and/or workflow orchestration (Kubernetes experience is preferred)
  • Strong system design skills focused on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Proven people management skills: coaching, feedback, and engineer development
  • Experience with delivery planning, technical risk management, production support, debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution
  • Clear and direct communication style with engineers, managers, and stakeholders

Працював у компанії понад два роки, і за цей час сформував виключно позитивне враження. На мою думку, це одна з найсильніших ІТ-компаній в Україні як за рівнем проєктів, так і за ставленням до співробітників.

Компанія пропонує конкурентну заробітну плату, яка регулярно переглядається відповідно до результатів роботи та ринкових тенденцій. Окремо варто відзначити високий професійний рівень колег - працювати в такому середовищі цікаво та корисно для розвитку.

Під час війни компанія активно підтримувала працівників, допомагаючи з релокацією із небезпечних регіонів, забезпеченням необхідним обладнанням та іншими важливими питаннями. Соціальний пакет також на високому рівні: тривала оплачувана відпустка, лікарняні, медичне страхування, навчальні програми та професійні курси.
