We are seeking a skilled Backend Game Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the server-side logic of our games. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side systems, the definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also work alongside developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Designing, building, and maintaining server-side applications, databases, and APIs.
• Implementing game logic and systems, including character progression.
• Developing networking and multiplayer capabilities to enable online play and communication between players.
• Managing server infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of game services.
• Ensuring security and implementing anti-cheat measures to maintain a fair gaming environment.
• Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in backend development and gaming industry standards.

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in backend programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, NoSQL, and Git.
• Understanding of software design and architecture.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks and API development.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• In-depth knowledge of databases and server handling.
• Ability to write clean, efficient code and perform debugging and testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of data structures and algorithms (DSA).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies for full-stack development versatility.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and teamwork.
• Creative design and artistry skills for game development, including graphic design and animation.
• Technical proficiency in game engines like Unity and Unreal Engine.
• Understanding of game mechanics and user experience design.
