Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in team leadership, ideally within the gaming or technology sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with a strategic decision-making approach.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-team collaboration.
• Strong multitasking abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
