Innoware is a leading IT consulting company, Microsoft Solutions Partner, specialising in implementation of modern business management technologies – ERP, CRM and Microsoft cloud solutions.
The demand for Microsoft solutions and Innoware services is constantly increasing, in particular in Ukraine due to the business need to abandon 1C and other russian systems. And currently we are expanding our project team and inviting an experienced D365 Business Central (BC/NAV) Developer for a position of Development Lead.

Main stack: D365 Business Central, Visual Studio Code, C/AL, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Git.

Responsibility areas:

• Quality and timeliness of technical part of the projects’ implementation.
• Your own professional growth.
• Participation in increasing the D365 Business Central development team.

Key functions:

• Distributing tasks between D365 Business Central developers, managing development processes in Azure DevOps, version control.
• Managing repositories, databases, environments, instances, creating technical documentation.
• Development quality control, code review.
• Architecture development, R&D, finding the best algorithms for implementation of modifications.
• Individual development tasks, including new non-standard functionalities; testing, data migration, integration.
• Estimating time required for modifications.
• Mentoring the development team.
• Conducting technical interviews with potential candidates when expanding the development team.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of programming experience in D365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV (AL, C/AL).
• Experience in performing tasks within the implementation of D365 Business Central, including searching for the best algorithms, developing new functionalities, solution testing, data migration, integration.
• Experience in mentoring developers.
• English knowledge at the Intermediate level or higher, fluency in Ukrainian.
