Fanteam is part of Scout Gaming Group, and is Europe’s biggest dedicated, real money Daily Fantasy Sports site. As Affiliate Manager, play an important role in helping Fanteam achieve it’s ambitious targets.
You will have freedom to use your own creativity to manage and develop Fanteam’s existing Affiliate operations with some of the biggest affiliates in the iGaming industry.
Your role will include executing strategies that will help onboard small numbers of high quality affiliates, increase affiliate activity and drive new user acquisitions with strong CPA performance.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong analytical skills with a desire to learn more about the industry and take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

• Existing Affiliate:
  • Management and growth of relationships with all existing affiliates
  • Review and recommendation meetings and reports for all top affiliates
  • Marketing and outreach activity to acquire new, high quality affiliates for Fanteam
  • Onboarding and building relationships with new affiliates
  • Quality and compliance checking new affiliate activity
• New Affiliate Acquisition:
  • Review and optimisation suggestions for Fanteam’s affiliate offering
  • Marketing and outreach activity to acquire new, high quality affiliates for Fanteam
  • Onboarding and building relationships with new affiliates
  • Quality and compliance checking new affiliate activity
  • Meeting agreed targets for new affiliate acquisitions and performance
• Affiliate Program Management:
  • Development and deployment of new affiliate campaigns and promotions
  • Ownership and accountability for the performance of Fanteam’s affiliate program
  • Working with management to improve the quality and performance of the program

What you’ll bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in an Affiliate role in iGaming
• Strong understanding of iGaming KPIs especially in the Affiliate channel
• Highly comfortable with Excel and other reporting tools
• Strong relationship building skills
• Excellent project-management and time-management skills
• Ability to analyse performance, interpret and communicate clearly
• Fluent level of English language

Preferred but not critical:

• Basic knowledge of iGaming compliance requirements
• Prior relationships and Affiliate contacts in iGaming
