Required skills:

• 3-5 years of proven experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Demonstrated experience with other open-source tools, frameworks, and languages. This list includes but is not limited to: Python, Go, Node, Javascript Frameworks like Vue or React,
• Cloud-based technologies like the AWS ecosystem, and Relational and NoSQL databases like Postgres and Mongo.
• End-to-End Ownership - Take full ownership of your work, from initial problem definition and solution design through development, testing, and successful delivery. You'll see your contributions come to life.
• A high level of spoken and written English

Scope of work:

• Drive Business Impact: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Review Collection, Delivery, Customer Success, and Sales to identify strategic opportunities where technology can deliver the greatest value and directly impact our business objectives.
• Collaborative Solution Design: Partner with the CTO and the entire development team to architect and scope out innovative, scalable solutions from concept to deployment.
